Congratulation Mr. Sradhanand Sital, Chairman of GHRD

JusticeMakers Bangladesh expresses its sincere congratulation to Mr. Sradhanand Sital, Chairman of Global Human Rights Defence (GHRD) for awarding the 2012 Suryadatta National Award for Global Public Service.

GHRD Chairman, Mr Sradhanand Sital, has been awarded the 2012 Suryadatta National Award for Global Public Service and will travel to India to receive the award this week.

The award recognizes Mr Sital’s valuable contribution to humanity by championing the cause of human rights for minorities in South Asia, through human rights fact finding, documentation and advocacy, education and awareness and strengthening global dialogues between South Asian Human Right defenders, NGO’s and stakeholders.

Mr Sital is very honored by this recognition and will express his gratitude when he accepts the award at the Suryadatta Group of Institutes in Pune, India, later this week.
